Seller only communicated a few times did not do the service and i can not get a response a lot of time wasted waiting after initial app setup for him to not do the service

There wasn't any issue to begin with. All the files needed had been sent to the buyer and he was supposed to let me know when everything had been downloaded.
After a week he left the negative feedback saying I didn't do the service when he didn't even read the 5 steps that had been sent to him to start the procedure.
If he would have read the steps he would have seen he was supposed to download the files sent to him.
This negative feedback doesn't make any sense
