As 10% of the people that have left feedback have stated, you'd be Crae Crae Crazy to deal with these guys. Like most others, my order was canceled by the seller on the date it was supposed to be delivered siting 'delivery address issues'. I've never had a problem previously or since this order. Go figure!!

You live in Outback Country and my courier wont deliver to that address, the item was bulky and Aust Post also bought it back, because it was to big, im sorry this happened, but it was out of our control. We did explain all of this to you

These guys really are a joke!!! They say "You live in Outback Country". I live in Newcastle, the largest non-capital city in Australia, just 2 hours North of Sydney. They also said "the item was bulky and Aust Post also bought it back, because it was to big"!! It was a freaking neck tie Hahahaha You guys really are Crae_Crae_Crazy

AVOID. Like others that I've read comments from in feedback about this seller, I paid for the better quality Dunlop brand totem tennis balls but was sent the far cheaper generic ones that I could have bought for 1/3 of the price on eBay. Not easy to get seller to take action until I lodged an item does not match description with eBay. Was offered a 10% discount from seller which was still way off actual coast of generic balls. Returned them and was refunded but not a good experience.

You were sent the Dunlop Brand, that is the only brand we sell, we offered a 10% Refund to keep you happy, but you wanted more, so we thought it best to get them returned. Once returned we did in deed confirm they were Dunlop.

That is an absolute lie. You sent me cheap generic balls and eBay and yourself agreed to the return because it was not what I paid for. Had you actually sent Dunlop branded ones there would not have been a problem. You are such a massive liar. I have photo's of everything. No wonder why you have so many bad reviews. You are dishonest. I don't think you should be banned on eBay.
Why is it that others have posted bad reviews on here with the exact same thing? Liar liar pants on fire.

Initially we received the wrong order, once the seller was advised of this issue they supplied the correct order to our complete satisfaction.
