        Verified purchase
        One of the ink cartridges didn't work. I reported it to the seller. They wanted us to take a picture of the error message on the printer screen. We aren't set up for that. I put the old one in and it worked. Reported that to the seller. Didn't make any difference. I had to purchase a new one locally. It worked fine.
