the product itself is great, but for some reason required signature on delivery. i wasnt aware of this until i got an email saying that noone was home to sign for it and it had been taken to a post office. i shop online because i am disabled and it can be difficult for me to get around, and i was at a doctors appointment, so that added nearly a week onto my waiting time. not really a complaint, i just wish id been made aware of this.
