Troubleshoot a Ford F150 2014, CL3T 19C107 BB radio with blinking clock, no sound, etc. Watched a 2 minute video to remove the radio by jpsaudio08. Packed the radio in a 10x10x10, shipped, and it was repaired and sent back in about a day. Ground shipping so it takes a little while back and forth. All in all, great service and communication! No reprogramming needed, just plug and play taking a couple minutes to reinstall.

Fast forward about a week it was received and fixed in less than 24 hours once it was delivered!!! It sent back to me that following day it was fixed. Plugged it in when I received it and works like brand new! Even had pre sets still saved. Highly recommended. Can't go wrong with these guys

They answered all my questions and also helped me diagnose the problem after I installed the repaired amplifier. Turns out my factory head unit is also defective. They offered to repair it also for a reasonable price but I opted to install aftermarket head unit . The shipping process was very quick . They did the repair the same day they received my amplifier and shipped it back to me the next day. The whole process was 9 days !
