Wenn sich Aufkleber nicht ohne Rückstände beseitigen lassen ist das in meinen Augen ein Mangel. Hilfreich ist es auch nicht darauf hinzuweisen das die Reste von unten nicht zu sehen sind (unappetitlich bei Frühstücksbrettchen).Der Verkäufer ist völlig uneinsichtig. Schade, die Brettchen sind sonst von der Qualität und Optik super.

Gerade dazu ist das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht da. Sie können von diesem Gebrauch machen und dann wird auch der Kaufpreis erstattet. Eine Mängelrüge aber so zu konstruieren, wie Sie es tun um nur nicht die Kosten der Rücksendung tragen zu müssen ist unfair und vertragswidrig.
