You get a good assortment but you can probably buy some projector film and make them yourself.. Or 3d print some of them.. For this price I would expect as least a little plastic box to be placed. But in general they are a good acquisition. Darkfield stops are packed separately as are the 'bonus' filters (2). Purchase is then further consolidated to avoid any loss during shipment. Polarization set are shipped separately, again in plastic to avoid damage. Hope that explains our shipping protocol - and it is not in 'cheapy ziplock'. A variety of collector boxes are available at Walmart - which is where I got mine!

He responded quickly to my inquiries concerning the size of the filters needed for my microscope's eyepieces before the purchase. The polarizing filters fit and work beautifully with my microscope. Note that these film polarizers cost 1/10 of the price of a used polarizing condenser (when you can find one!), but they do a great job. He also sent a sample of one of his colored filters to try.
