Supplier was quick to replace first saw that did not seem to work right in orbital mode. Provided free shipping label for return of original saw. My only issue is that the order did not include the same items that come with a new saw, as the Ebay refurbished description says. New saw comes with owner manual and a pack of 5 assorted Makita blades. This came with no manual and one loose blade. Still a good value -- just not as described.
