I use them as a lip ring much more comfortabl then a stud and doesnt damage my teeth like a stud does by me having to grab a disc with ky teeth to get it out. I highly recommend this seller! Arrived fast in the mail also. Photo shows the 14 guage compared to the 16 gauge. Also allowed at work whilst selling to customers because its alot less noticable then a 5mm stud.
