      Fight for life anyway you can

      This book is a wealth of information and a great story about Dr. Bosworth’s journey with her mother, as her mother fights cancer. She made the science of the ketogenic way of life simple to understand, as well as how much it has helped her mother fight her cancer. It’s a great book and I will read it again.

      Great info on the Keto Diet

      Dr. Annette Bosworth, M.D. (Dr. Boz on YouTube) has a large internet following for her work espousing the high-fat / low-carb diet as a way of promoting good health and even recovery from a number of inflammatory diseases.       Easy reading , fascinating material to learn about. Inspiring story that parallels the lifestyle information you want to learn and process as you go along with the story.
