The actual shower head turned up before the gooseneck, which initially made me nervous, thinking “where is the entire thing I ordered?” but after asking the question and prompt replies from the seller my mind was put at ease. Postage speed was good for the shower head, somewhat slower for the gooseneck, but that was an Aus Post issue and nothing to do with the seller. I’m very happy with the entire product, and 5 stars to the communication of the seller. Thank you.
