I would warn others buying this battery that it is maybe 0.3mm thicker than the original battery and approx. 1.8 in. shorter. It allows for the foil circuit on the bottom of the display to hang in the case during re-assembly and damage the Nano's display. Slide the workings of the unit in on a piece of cellophane so that the display's circuit remains flat and then remove the cellophane. It is a good battery for the money, just don't get sloppy about putting the Nano back together.

The battery is the wrong size, so when you put the logic board back in the ipod, it scrapes components off of the board and ruins it.
