They repaired my ACM for a ford flex and it works perfect!! The whole process is super easy. It took about 10 days mostly waiting on USPS to ship it both ways. oemautoaudio gets the part fixed the same day it arrives to them and quickly gets it shipped back out. My ACM arrived in perfect condition. The appearance looked perfect and the value under $150 is way better than buying new

It was playing fine on moment then static and popping noises then it just quit. Not only did the radio stop working but I lost all voice controls and radio controls. Purchased OEM Auto Services service, sent my radio out the next day. It was fixed immediately once received. I got it back, and listening to the radio 3-4 days later.. The best service hands down, very happy customer. You won't be disappointed.

My ACM is now fully operational. In total it took 10 days from me sending the unit away to it being delivered back to me and throughout the process I was fully udated on what was hapening. Finally the price was excellent. I am giving a 5 star rating but if I could I would give 10.

They answered all my questions and also helped me diagnose the problem after I installed the repaired amplifier. Turns out my factory head unit is also defective. They offered to repair it also for a reasonable price but I opted to install aftermarket head unit . The shipping process was very quick . They did the repair the same day they received my amplifier and shipped it back to me the next day.
