    needed radio for work

    I needed a radio for work (in the oilfield) and since I'm not considered "field" personnel, I always had to scrounge or borrow radios. So finally I got sick of it and bought a radio and headset. The radio works great, it needed to be programmed to my company's frequencies and needed a new battery, but otherwise this was a great buy. I didn't want to spend the money on a radio but I was sick of my company promising one.
