The return shipping should have been covered, I did not hear about this until now. We did offer to send a replacement yoke free of charge instead the item was returned and we sent a full refund including original shipping. Sorry again you were not satisfied, we do everything we can to rectify a problem.

I am in Los Angeles, and the pumpkin for my Lotus arrived the same week I ordered it. I was very impressed with how quickly it arrived especially considering it came from Canada and had to pass through customs.

I do not claim to know what is the "deal" in this particular instance. I do not claim anyone to be at fault. Having said that I received 1611 LR in new condition, then proceeding to installation found it can not be done. Parts appear to not be machine correctly, maybe I am not correct, but I cannot assemble as directed. This is my second installation of this type of "kit". I know what I am doing, so Im looking for answers, not to point a finger. Contact me please.

If you think there could be a manufacture defect with that machining you would be best to call Richmond Gear tech support and explain to issue to them directly. They should be able to guide you or possibly replace the problem part. Their contact should be in the install guide that came with the product.
