As per our communications via ebay, we had made numerous contact with Courier Please (tracking#quoted) on your behalf regarding the parcel but there was no result. We subsequently instructed ebay who managed our payment, to provide you the refund on Jan 17. Ebay responded "Based on the information provided, we'll close it and you won't be responsible for refunding the buyer". We have really tried our best in this situation.
