I twice asked if a wrist strap was included. I was told if was in the product picture, it is included. Package arrived without a wrist strap. Seller asked me to check the packaging again. When I confirmed that there wasn't one, they offered a 15% refund because blah, blah, blah. Nice case even if I have to wait another six weeks before I can use it as I now have to order a different strap that does not match the case. VERY infuriating experience.
