The device delivered very quickly, and the condition I will rate 10/10 for a refurbished item. No scratch on the body & screen, all very good. the battery also still very strong. The keyboard that came with the device I would rate 6/10, but its expected for Surface keyboard after years of use. I'm a student, so I just hope this device will last me at least couple of years. Definitely will buy again from this seller!

But it is a bit of luck of the draw as to the quality. Overall, the one I received works as intended. But it does have some flaws and scratches along the edges, as well as a clump of dim pixels at the bottom and a crack in the screen. No major damage so I will still provide a positive review, but just something to be aware of.
