The first time I believed they might have made a genuine mistake but sending someone the wrong item twice, that's not a mistake. I would avoid this seller in future.

Seems there are two sizes for NEFF ovens and I had ordered the wrong one so my mistake but the supplier/ advertiser maybe could have made the size more visible or even shown two ( or maybe more) sizes. As I’ve already sent the item back via e bay’s free postage and money back system, and expect to be credited with the cost then I don’t wish to leave a neutral or negative response
