Came with an extension on the wiring harness which made install a breeze. Customer service is outstanding as they responded with helpful advice and links to correct the calibration issues. Pleased to have a beautiful new touch screen and a lot cheaper than having to replace the whole unit.

Working with Screentronics, they ended up sending me an extension cable. My radio now works again. Thank you so much for going the extra mile!!!

I thought when I saw "free returns" I assume I would have to pay for shipping. Nope, they sent me a return address prepaid label so all I had to do was drop it off at the post office. Turned the box in at the post office and by the time I got to my car, I got an email saying that my refund had been completed. Darn, what great service!
