Good to deal with. Quick postage only problem is socks are extremely tight to get on compared to ones I bought at the chemist. They haven't got a lot of elasticity and barely fit my size US12 non-swollen foot. But I did manage to get them on in the end. (Including my swollen foot/ankle). More elasticity would make this product better.
