I received this skirt quickly. Unfortunately, it was too small in the waist, which was a surprise because I have another Liz Claiborne skirt in the same size that fits well. I contacted the seller to say I would like to return the skirt. The response was that returns are not allowed. I relplied that this was confusing because the listing states that returns in 30 days are allowed and that the purchaser pays the postage. i have received no response for two days.
