Shipping cost was excessive as full shipping cost was charged for each of the ten manuals purchased in the one transaction rather than combining cost into one lower shipping fee. One of the ten manuals was from another of the original publisher's series (which looks virtually identical to the desired manual series.) Seller instructed to not return it but refunded only part of the cost and shipping fee.
