Unfortunately seller didn’t actually have this model in my size in stock after placing order. They did have other models in my size and offered to send me one of those. I accepted, requested a model I hadn’t tried before, cost difference refunded, item sent fairly promptly. Unfortunately this model didn’t fit my feet properly (not seller’s fault) so I had to return it for a full refund. Seller refunded the purchase price for this model.
