This company is a joke. Their refurbished products come delivered in horrible condition and require refurbishing before I can even resell them. Their sales guy Kyle who works from home promised me a call back. After a week with no call back I call and he says my boss said I don t have to reply to you because they know the computers are smashed and hung up on me. I have spent thousands here and they do not care about their customers. Stay away from their products unless you want a headache!!!

The customer purchased the laptop with described damage in details in the listing.(see listing) They had an option to return for free with a full refund but instead just wanted to complain about the issues that were already cleary described in the listing upon purchase. Then left us a negative review for it. Wish we could have found a solution.
