    The drill is new as advertised but has the same malfunction as the one I hoped to replace. Every 6 or so pulls of the trigger and it no longer makes electrical contact, same as my old one so is probably a common problem. I was trying to avoid buying a trigger mechanism kit but looks like I need to anyway. Delivery of the drill was fast.

    works like a champ!!

    So the dewalt was a replacement for a black and Decker driver, which finally wore out. In looking at what was available I land on Dewalt singe I have one of their impacts. One set of batteries is good. This drill has good balance and enough power to drive a 3 inch screw. Battery life is good. The grip area is comfortable. All in all a solid tool and with the dewalt rep, an easy choice.

    It’s a little on the pricey side with out a battery but I have extra battery’s the last one I bought before this one came with the battery n about the same price otherwise it is still a good product no issues
