    POSITIVE: ok communication; negotiated on price for certain books; held and shipped when I requested; books arrived undamaged NEGATIVE: upon opening box, noticed smell of smoke on books. Reached out to seller and they admitted that some were from a smoke environment. This was not disclosed in the ad nor during our emails. Felt they should have disclosed this during the buying process. They offered to refund but I wanted and books so will work to get the smells out... just a bit disappointed
