Draws a lot of air making a lot more noise whilst doing little to lower coolant temp during normal driving conditions. Best way to lower temps is to refurbish fan clutch and invest in a 10 blade fan and alloy radiator. That makes the difference. As you mentioned yourself, it draws a lot more air, however if you are not suffering from the engine running hot or overheating then this is not going to make any difference as you cannot run any lower than thermostat temperatures.
