Everything provided screws for timber or anchors for concrete, masonry drill bit also provided but didn’t fit my drill. Used my own ratchet wrench rather than supplied small spanner. Rail is heavy, but joint to post is only plastic, height can be adjusted with saw, post to mounting plate could be a bit thicker, with stronger weld. But for under $100 does the job, and looks ok.
