Not new or in original packaging. The radio is obviously used. There is rust on the aftermarket mount that was left on the radio and silicone all over where the antennas connect. No replay from seller. Will be contacting Ebay to get my money back. The ad clearly states that this is supposed to be brand new in the original packaging. That's not what was sent to me.
