Battery says Genuine Samsung - bought battery and paid to have installed. Battery is "weak". Seller wants Battery back at a cost to me of $100 - 50 to install and 50 to have Battery removed by technician. All this to get $28 back due to a Battery that is not holding charge and substandard!!!!

I've been selling Genuine Samsung batteries over 10 years now and never had any issues with my batteries as they are all factory pre tested.Any good technician should check both battery and phone before just replacing a battery and any repair work they do should be under their warranty too.You said your old battery was not holding a charge too, replacing a battery on faulty phone will not fix the issue.Make sure to check there are no phone issues before replacing a battery.
