      Worth the few additional $ to get the real thing

      There are cheaper "Spectrum" type receivers out there as knock-off's. All of my planes are worth the few extra $ that it takes to get genuine Spectrum equipment. I use this with a DX8 Transmitter

      Excellent receiver

      It is a shame that this receiver is no longer made by Spektrum. Is is priced right and fits the needs of a lot of different planes. The 7 and 9 channel receivers these days are out of this world to purchase. I stock up on these every time I see one for sale. I have never had any issue with Spektrum products. I think a lot of flyers like to blame anything or anyone but themselves for pilot error.
