    We finally got there, originally delivered minus the bottoms, then told they were out of stock for 2-3 weeks, after 4 weeks ended up with the next size down, which was ok. Reasonable communication, although i had to push things along, we got there, the product is great and have bought from them a few times over the years, i hope next time it doesn't take as long or get sold an item that's out of stock.
