I've never had such a bad experience on eBay after 14 years. Wrong size item sent however when I went to return it they made it very difficult. I still have not had a refund. Ebay dispute opened. I note the seller has really good reviews however if you have an issue with an item they will make it extremely difficult. I even requested a replacement instead of refund but this was also not acceptable.
