Great service from this vendor! Shipped promptly and well packed! Unit came in like-new condition, and works as advertised. Only issue for me (NOT the vendor's fault!) is that when I read "demo" model, I assumed it was an open box model, not a JBL demo unit for a show room. I do NOT fault the seller, but this may make the use of the headphone limited. Lesson learned. Did not know.
