I'm failing to understand what happened. The item was listed as having box damage. This is also shown in the photos and condition is listed as "Some box damage". Were you expecting the box in perfect condition? Can you send photos?
Perhaps I can offer you some compensation if it got damaged in transit but it would have been nice if you contacted me before leaving a negative review.
