    Download was not possible at library using there big computers. . unfortunately.. Vendor does not tell you the email is complicated and you need to sign up to free download app but need to use your credit card..which I did but was not happy about...despite this it bid not work. I contacted vendor and advise that I had no DISK in nail and could not download email.. SO 3 Weeks AFTER PAYMENT VENDOR ADMITS THEY DID NOT POST DISK I am so upset ...Vendor is THEIF and Worst eBay vendorin 35 years

    YOU WERE REFUNDED Literally thousands of people have downloaded no problem without signing up to any app... this was explained and we have proof they downloaded the manual after they requested download option... so strangely the disk was not posted yet they expected that as well, one cannot fathom the cheapskates and scammers we come across when selling manuals very cheaply, out of kindness we still refunded them and they got the manual free. We hope they get help with their mental issues.
