seller say it work in his listing of it, received bend on the sides of crown, small box too. then said needed pictures of it, he know the box was too small, he pack it, in emails after i got it, he said it was a little stiff need a oiling , and cleaning too many story's and then said what do you expect for a item 100 years old really never again,,,

The item did work, I tried it before he purchased it. Yes, it was a little stiff from not being used on a regular basis. I offered a full refund for him to return it, but he did not. If it was really as bad as he says, it should have been returned, end of story.
