Contacted the seller and politely described the issue as depicted in a few photos I attached. Customer service could not have been more helpful. Communication was always professional and courteous (within 24hr). They immediately offered me a refund/replacement (I chose replacement) and it was shipped the next day. Replacement arrived quickly without issue, quality is outstanding.
