I recommend replacing the factory bolt that holds the chute to the deck as I snapped it off installing the new chute. Definitely a low quality bolt from cub cadet. The chute was top quality from the seller.

I contacted the seller and got a response asking if the package was damaged when it arrived. It was not damaged, so the seller checked his stock, but they were out, so he could not get another kit to me in a timely manner, so he gave me a full refund for the purchase. I think this shows mistakes can happen to anyone, but being a good business man he did the right thing,
