I will have to give the seller the benefit of the doubt here, maybe they don't realise what they are selling is not as it is advertised on the box?
The gifts are not the same as what is displayed and are of poor quality.
The fake lego grinch is actually just a badly painted solid plastic (or similar) statuette. Not the ones you can buy separately off eBay.
Luckily it was cheap and the kids still had fun with it. It was well packaged and arrived quickly.

Product was not sent as described - spoon was missing. Seller was good with communication and arranged partial refund saying it was a packaging mistake but I chose that seller based on the product promised so it's disappointing and I won't be confident enough to buy from this seller again, unfortunately.

The most disappointing purchase experience. Seller refused to send all x9 items, claiming product issues, however the issue was they listed at incorrect price. Seller than offered x1 plush for free and a refund. Seller then sent x2 plushes. Plush quality is terrible. I put the items in the bin as they were so bad. Very unhappy buyer. Beware of this seller. Very unethical business practices.
