Better than the Fender counterpart in this price range.
The coolness of a strat with a nice PRS neck. Looks great, lots of attention to detail and arrived set up beautifully. Frets feel smooth, intonation was perfect, action was nice and low right out of the box.

Incredible guitar for this price range!!
I own several PRS guitars, from SE models all the way to the best American Made ones. And for the record I’m not a fan of strats, but for some reason when PRS launched this model it definitely got my attention. The sound is pretty awesome right out of the bag, tuning is excellent! The weight is just perfect and man, I gotta say, I can’t believe this is a $849 guitar. 100% worth it. I have the dragon fruit color and everybody loves it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all day! 👏🏻 great job PRS and John Mayer. I own several PRS guitars, from SE models all the way to the best American Made ones.
