Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben die Jacke in der Größe 40 bestellt - für diese Größe ist die Jacke viel zu klein. Außerdem war sie schmutzig und hatte Fusseln. Deswegen die Retoure. Bei der Retoure weigerte sich Hermes bei dem kostenlosen Rückversand. Erst Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice und ein weiteres Retoure-Etikett hat geholfen.
