Selling clearly used shirts advertised as new with tags. What was sent to me was a used shirt with stains all over it that was laundered and then carefully packaged in plastic to appear as new. Do not deal with this seller. Am going through eBay now to get my money back.

False. The item was returned to me still factory sealed so buyer had no premises for anything they are stating. There are no stains anywhere on the shirt. If buyer just wanted to return the item I would have happily taken the item back and given a refund. Instead they make false claims to get eBay to pay to ship it back to me, they just changed thier minds.
