After sending it for repairs, they realized that the laptop cannot be repaired and offered a replacement. But they did not have the HP G3 in stock and worked with me to find a suitable replacement. I received a Dell 7390 2 in 1 as a replacement which had the same specifications although it lacks some of the features of the HP- surround speakers, privacy screen, fingerprint scanner, etc.
