Tangle Free Cords but Mediocre Build Quality
I bought four of these and only 1 of the four works 100% of the time. For some reason the swivel apparatus doesn't make a secure connection with the phone cord so the audio can drop mid-call. Although it happens infrequently it's still a mild annoyance. I'm still using them because the do a decent job of keeping the cords tangle-free; I just have to fidget with the cord sometimes to make it work. Oddly enough, I would still recommend to those that can tolerate shabby build quality for the benefit of tangle-free phone cords.I bought four of these and only 1 of the four works 100% of the time. Did not work out well for me.
I have been using the cord for at least a couple of weeks now. I got the cord for my business phone in my office because I had gone through two cords that twisted terribly. Unfortunately the attachment that comes with this cord that is made to prevent the cord from twisting did not work out well for my phone. I had to remove the attachment because it did not fit properly into my phone. I also noticed that the sound was going in and out while I was on the phone with my clients. I am presently using just the cord. I do like that the cord is long. Hopefully the length will help with preventing the cord from twsiting.I have been using the cord for at least a couple of weeks now.
