The replacement wasn't without Dell issues related to its BIOS accepting the new screen. Also "flickering" is common but once Windows 10/Dell/Nvidea "Driver" updates were finalized it helps to clear up other Driver based issues. Take your time/be patient. Tip if your not a Service Company or are new to doing a replacement, take photos with your cell,bag and tag parts and view a few online vids which will help when doing self repair.
