Works well, allowed me to install an eGPU into an M.2 slot in my laptop (had to take the cover off, obviously). If anyone else tries to do that, keep in mind the card only exposes a 4x PCIe interface so not all GPUs are compatible or will work at full speed. Also, you might have to remove the metal bracket that holds the card into place in a desktop case, as that sticks down too far and prevents the card from fitting. Overall, this adapter works perfectly and does its job!
