You emailed me saying the box was damaged. I asked for a picture of the damaged Dual Motor box. Then you said, nevermind you got it installed. Then you came back again and said it was damaged. I again asked for pictures of the damaged box - which were never sent. Additionally, I offered a free replacement or you could return for a full refund. You didn't want to return the item and demanded a refund. You don't get to keep the item and get a refund. Not how life works....
