      No real improvement

      I have only had this for about 3 weeks and have seen little to no improvements. I faithfully take it every night at bedtime. Perhaps a little more time to see if it does work. I can't recommend this until a month of use. I was away last night and forgot to take this with me. I did notice I had trouble sleeping. However, it was a different bed in a hotel so who knows. I'll take it again tonight and sleep in my own bed. Don't take 2 thinking it will work. It will upset your stomach.

      Feeling some Relief!

      I felt a difference within a few days of using the Sleep Apnea Relief. I still use the CPAP but not as much. I have an irregular heartbeat and when I am in arrhythmia I will still use the CPAP. I do not go to sleep without using this product. I also have TMJ and I believe that my muscles around my head and neck are not as tense. I will purchase again.

      Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't work.

      Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't work. But when this works for me, I finally get that seven hours of sleep and it feels wonderful. Without these pills, I'd never experience normal sleep again. So I will be buying more of these pills in the future.

      sleep worse

      Did not help only made me more restless and had side effects next morning, anxious and irritable. May help others. Expensive, need a trial size. I tried it 3 times.
